Insurance and Self-Pay Options for Psychotherapy

We are in-network with multiple insurance companies and accept self-payment for those who are out-of-network. Please note that we accept many, but not all, plans with these companies as each has many different plans. In addition, it is also important to know what insurance company you have mental health benefits through. Some employers choose to provide mental health benefits through a different insurance than medical benefits. We will do our best to help you confirm that we are in-network with your individual plan, but ultimately, it is your responsibility to understand your benefits before you start treatment.

For those who choose to self-pay or use out-of-network benefits, many clients find our approach to time-limited, evidence-based treatment appealing as we are focused on helping you successfully reach your treatment goals efficiently. If you have out-of-network benefits, we will be happy to provide you with Superbills so that you can file your own claims for partial or full reimbursement (depending on the details of your plan).

Initial consultation and informational call (15 minutes): Free

Initial Diagnostic Assessment (90 minutes): $350

Psychotherapy Session (45 minutes): $220

Psychotherapy Session (60 minutes): $285
